No, you do not have to be a member to receive services at The Farm.

Clients/patients have 2 practice options: Tiered Memberships or Wellspa Extras. 

There is increased value in being a part of memberships. It makes pricing schemes and services delivered simple. It is predictable and keeps life simple for the clients/patients we serve. Lastly, the membership model allows clients/patients to feel a part of something special. 

Our booking service (Vagaro) automatically processes membership payments through an auto-renewal feature which bills a customer‘s credit card on file at a set frequency which is monthly for health services. 

5% off for 3 months, 7.5% off for 6 months, and 10% off for 12 months

The wellspa accepts payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

RF works at Farmer Family Practice with a full schedule Monday-Wedensday. 

Hours are accommodating to a busy schedule at her availability.

Please, no. Make sure the information is appropriate to your healthcare needs. Keep in mind that appropriate contact hours are Mon-Thurs 9-5 unless privileged to after-hours access. Reminder: If RF is in a room with a patient at FFP, she will return your call or text at the next availability same day. Grace goes a long way! We could also use more of it..

We would suggest maintaining but you can cancel your membership with a 30 day written notice with effective date stated - send to practice email @ thefarmwellspa@yahoo.com. 

Yes, you are being provided concierge practice benefits unavailable with the typical clinical setting. Follow-up recommendations for medical services are based on Oklahoma State guidelines as well as the DEA - RF follows them accordingly. 

Acute/sick visits can/will be addressed with RF's tiered practice memberships. If you are generally healthy, you may qualify for niche healthcare services. RF will not be managing multiple co-morbidities with The Farm: Wellness Club & MedSpa, LLC. Farmer Family Practice will continue to be the HOME base for Annual Wellness services, chronic disease management, diagnostic imaging ordering and interpretation, and referrals if/as needed.

The Farm: Wellness Club & MedSpa's vision is to offer streamlined processes for needed and desired healthcare services delivered in a concierge care model by a trusted healthcare provider in the community. The wellspa aims to provide quality, evidence-based, and non-judgmental healthcare by serving patients so well that they do not think about going elsewhere. 

THINK OF THE PRACTICE AS AN EXTENSION OF SERVICES

RF will not be contracting with insurance at this place of service. You may utilize your health insurance for requisite and follow-up lab work, and medications if your health insurance covers. RF will not be calling your insurance plan to figure out if health insurance covers medications, that is the patient's responsibility. RF will not be completing prior auths (PA) for medications nor submitting superbills at this time - you will be notified if this practice policy changes. We are keeping this simple as the wellspa is offering services not typically approved by standard insurance plans.
