The provider will F/U within 1-2 business days.
STEP 2: Get labs done.
Complete the requisite lab work.
Printed copy will be provided to you or emailed.
*You may use your health insurance for labs needed.
STEP 3: Have your visit w/the Provider.
*Initial appts are conducted in-office w/follow-up visits in-office or via telehealth, according to OK State and DEA guidelines. Appts are scheduled 7-10D after labs are drawn.
The provider will spend time getting to know you & your health goals. We'll perform a lab review & develop an individualized plan of care.
*BYPASS STEPS 1-3 for SKIN CLINIC and WELLSPA CLUB MEMBERSHIP - CALL or TEXT for services
STEP 4: Receive your treatment.
After subscribing to one of our club programs, you'll receive a tailored treatment plan.
