Initial intake involves an in-office appt w/intake form(s) completion w/sleep apnea eval, complete history & physical, vitamin and supplement review & counseling, membership selection recommendation, discussion of additional services available, as well as first month prescription. LAB order provided at visit with follow-up telehealth or in-office visit at 1-2 weeks for lab review.
